  I had a bad experience at one of your San Antonio outlets. It was a newly opened store. We decided to give it a try instead of the Bush Chicken across the street. We waited in the drive thru line for over 10 minutes. We ordered 2ea 3pc chicken dinners. When we got to our destination, we see that drinks should have been included, but we did not receive any. We also found that the 2ea dinners were only 2pc but we were charged for 3pc. When I tried to call the location, the phone # on the receipt was the fax line.   I had never been to popeyes so I decided to try it. The chicken was old like it had sat under a heating lamp all day. The white meat was so dry I couldnt even eat it. The biscuits were hard they were not fresh. You can tell when biscuits are fresh. Their soft. The french fries were soggy no chrunch at all.   Popeye's Chicken Consumer Complaint
  Saturday Feb 26 I decided to order Popeyes chicken for dinner for my daughter and I. We ordered chicken wings, fries with gravy and 6 biscuits. The lady I spoke to on the phone informed me that the food would be more than an hour to arrive although they were about a 2 minute drive from my apartment.   Friday, April 16, I had ate at Popeye's on Fulton Street NY, NY. I had two chicken wings and rice and beans. I had noticed a small piece of metal while I was chewing my rice and beans. I had spit it out and it was a staple! I had showed it to the young girl who had served my food. She did not apologize, but stated that they do not use staples and trashed it.   We visited Popeye's in the Providence Place Mall--Providence, RI on Th. 12/17/09 at 4:45. The girl at the counter was far removed from greeting customers in a friendly manner. She was in a slouched position, looking sideways--no greeting whatsoever. After being greeted in this manner, I said, "Are You Here?"   April 22nd 2009 Popeye's advertised 8pc chicken for $4.99. I went there after work and as expected everyone and their mother were there to take advantage of this offer. There was a Popeye employee outside taking names of customers who were unable to receive their orders because they had run out.   I went to this restaurant today, ( 01/02/08) and ordered 6 of their 1.99 specials which are and have been posted on their window for months. The sign states this is valid from 11am until 3pm, and no where on it does it state there is a limit. I have been there numerous times before and never had a problem with this. I was informed by the clerk that they "are only allowed to sell 2 of these at a time".   We live close to and would like to go to Popeye's for dinner but the last few times have not been pleasant and unless changes are made we will not go back. The restaurant is dimmy lit and is NEVER clean.
